2025 Winter Studio Tour and Art Market
CALL FOR ARTISTS
REGISTER by October 12 to confirm a space and be included in all marketing materials. Open to folks on Guemes Island offering original art or creative crafts.
The 2025 Winter Art Market event continues to evolve as we listen to artists and the community. With more artists in Winter, the focus is on studios for this one and we encourage you to share the spaces which we hope will make room for all artists.
The Guemes Island Art (GIA) event planning committee requests that each artist or community group indicate preferred choices of location, but the assignments will be made by GIA to allow for a balance.
WHEN: Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10:00 to 4:00 (setup on Friday afternoon)
COST: All donations are reinvested in the marketing or promotion of the event! Please REGISTER EARLY as it really helps the volunteers make this event happen.
Artist donation recommendation of $25 to participate for those signing up for an Art Market location or solo studios. You will then be included in the event promotion materials!
Artist DISCOUNT donation recommendation of $15 for each artist to participate in a shared art studio location. (We are trying to encourage group art studio spaces but still covering the operating cost for the event.) Do you need an artist to share your space? let us know...
Event Sponsors are encouraged to join us in making this special day available and increasing community visibility. Sponsors may offer services, locations, or cash contributions. We are open to discussions and appreciate the support! Each donation is appreciated and is reinvested in the event!
Fee reduction available upon request to make sure everyone can be included.
APPLICATIONS and DEADLINES:
“Call For Artist” rolls out in late August and registration begins.
SIGN UP EARLY and no later than October 12.
o Early registration helps confirm your space.
o Early registration helps the planning volunteers complete their work.
November 1 is when we roll out the public information on the event
